LUCY™ ThorX Phantom Redefines SBRT Quality Assurance with Comprehensive Testing Capabilities

Designed to empower radiotherapy teams with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency, it streamlines the evaluation of the entire radiotherapy treatment process—from simulation and treatment planning to imaging and delivery QA.

Precision-Driven QA for SBRT

Designed to meet the rigorous standards set forth by IAEA TRS 430, TECDOC-1583, AAPM Task Groups and MPPG guidelines, the LUCY ThorX facilitates thorough evaluation across multiple treatment stages. Its pseudo-anthropomorphic thorax design features ribs, vertebrae, spinal cord, lung, and kidney structures to provide realistic simulation scenarios for precise dose verification.

The LUCY ThorX comprises of four primary sections which contain embedded fiducials and objects that are simple to use for imaging QA. It allows the measurement of dose using ion chambers and film with four detector cavities in embedded targets for Multiple Met SBRT QA. For SBRT QA, the LUCY ThorX has two film inserts and it also accepts a variety of detectors using interchangeable plugs.
