US Patent number 7,189,975, entitled Wire-Free, Dual Mode Calibration Instrument for Energy Therapeutic Radiation was issued on March 13, 2007. This patent applies to the QA BeamChecker and the QA BeamChecker Plus. More patents are pending regarding these products.

US Patent number 7,202,486, entitled " Treatment Planning Tool for Multi-Energy Electron Beam Radiotherapy was issued on April 10, 2007. This patent applies to theTrumpet eIMRT Pre-Planning Software. Invention assistance was provided by individuals from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Medical Physics and the University of Wisconsin, Comprehensive Cancer Center.
