Versatility

Includes 32 ion chamber cavities and 20 density insert cavities with 13 density plugs. Each phantom comes with a full set of water equivalent and tissue equivalent inserts for filling these cavities.

Protocol Compliance

Adheres to AAPM Task Group 66 for monthly CT number accuracy and annual electron density phantom checks. Tissue equivalent materials meet ICRU-44 and ICRP standards for human tissue mimicry.

Dose Measurement

Works with any ion chamber. By simply rotating the phantom on its base, point measurements can be taken with 0.5 cm resolution along any transverse plane through the center of the phantom. Also includes slot for film measurements.

Water and Tissue Equivalent CT-to-Density Conversion

Interchangeable inserts simulate water within 0.5%, two types of bone, and soft tissue inserts with high accuracy ensuring optimal CT value conversion to treatment energy values that conform to medical standards (ICRU-44 and ICRP).
